Tracey was born in Cleveland Ohio on October 8, 1963. She is preceded in death by her father, Robert C. Starks, III.She is survived by her mother, Mary Kelly, her children, Steevy Rich, Kyah Williams, Zaryah Williams; grandchildren, Deonte Griffin, Tianna Rich; sister, Yevette Grant; a niece, Selena Grant; lifelong friends, Mildred E. Scott, Kevin Taylor. A memorial service for Tracey Lynn Williams will be Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at 10:00 am in the Chapel of Conner-Westbury. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society www.nationalmssociety in memory of Tracey Lynn Williams. Conner-Westbury Funeral Home, 1891 W.
